Currently in our 8th year of trading, Solid8 is a business consultancy firm who are all about customer service. Our dedicated team of 8 truly reflect our company’s ethos by listening to requests, providing assistance and genuinely wanting to help and support businesses in any way they can.
We’re located in a town called Basingstoke which is situated 48 miles southwest of London and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our office in Basingstoke is the only office we have.
We’re a local, family run business who provide professional business services to companies both big and small. We’re owned by Emma Jones, Managing Director and her fiance Josh Brumpton (Both pictured below). Emma opened the business in 2013 and at the time we were the only company called Solid8! We help both our employees and our customers get ahead by providing training and mentoring to help them develop existing skills, while learning new ones. Our goal is to help organisations focus on their core skills by providing outsourced business services on either a long or short term basis, while remaining a small, personable organisation that is supportive to its local economy and community.
Solid8 isn’t your average conventional company, we’re different to most consultancy firms by being able to offer a number of professional services under one roof, including our phone answering services, customer service provision, policy writing, sales support and business process review capabilities.
We strive to give a positive experience to each and every one of our customers, so they feel valued and respected. We know all our customers by name and usually work with a range of businesses from different industries and backgrounds. We believe skills can be taught, but personality can’t, which is why we employ those who have great personalities and the drive and enthusiasm to learn new skills. Customer service is always at the heart of everything we do, both when dealing with our own clients and dealing with our customer’s clients. We enjoy interacting and helping others…Don’t just take our word for it, our customers think we’re pretty great too!
